Welcome to Lilyponds Home Park. An enchanting opportunity awaits to live in the quaint town of Mapleton, hidden within the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Newly built homes are now available in this stunning over 55’s retirement village.

Are you looking to move, downsize or just need a change of pace? We have cosy, affordable living options for you.

Our future plans to upgrade to our communal zone and facilities include:

• Upgrade of pool and landscaping of the pool surrounds ensuring the pool space is serene, functional and timeless.
• Build a poolside BBQ pavilion for those evening sunset happy hour drinks.
• Refurbish our communal lodge as a place to meet and have a coffee, read a book or play a game with friends.
• A rustic firepit is being built overlooking our Lilyponds for those chilly evenings, a place that comes alive with nature!

A swimming pool is currently within the complex.
